If by any chance, a damaged item is received, please inform Chickadee Colombo within 12 hours of delivery.

Damaged item must be returned to Chickadee by the purchaser. Replacement or refund will be upon inspection of damage. 

Jewellery items are costume jewellery and due care should be exercised (also mentioned in care card) and direct contact with water, sweat, perfume, etc should be avoided.
