❌ Exchange Policy No Exchange
Thank you for purchasing our products. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. However, due to the nature of our business and products we sell, we operate under a No Exchange, No Returns Policy, unless the product was delivered in a damaged state.
Damages / Incorrect Product
If our product arrives damaged in any way or if you have received the wrong product, please email us chickadee.colombo@gmail.com, within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, details of the product and photographic proof of the damage/incorrect item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.
If the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product, the shipping charges for the return/exchange will borne by us.
No refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations are allowed for placed orders.
- In case of a missing, defective, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must have the camera focused on the package from start to finish, without any pauses or cuts.
- We will carefully review the video and take the necessary action.
- Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be entertained.
